The first step is contacting me, Chad Owens, to come out to your home and discuss your ideas for a new deck, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, etc.
Once I've come out to discuss your idea, I can then, if requested, help to make any suggestions that I feel may be a better fit for the area. But ultimately, this first meeting gives us an opportunity to meet in person as well as allowing me the opportunity to see the job at hand and get together a quote to have sent out to you.
